Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, all purchases are considered final sale unless the product is damaged or not as advertised. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with detailed pictures so we can resolve the issue promptly. Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@walkinfth.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you’ve received the wrong size or wish to exchange your item, we’re happy to assist! Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition to qualify for an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the correct size.

Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel or refund orders after 24 hours post-purchase, as our items are made-to-order.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@walkinfth.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
